RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN OF GOODS
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen days from the day of receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify the reasons or pay any fees and penalties (except for the cost of return).
The customer may exercise his right of withdrawal by sending the Seller the withdrawal request set out below or any other declaration stating his withdrawal.
This request or declaration must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the following postal address: France Hélices, 12 Allée des Gabians, 06150 Cannes-la-Bocca or be transmitted directly online.
Once the retraction has been transmitted, a new period of 14 days is given to the customer in order to return the unwanted products in their original packaging, for exchange or refund, without penalty, except for the return costs which are the responsibility of the customer.
It will be up to the customer to take care of the proof of this return of the products and the date of return.
The Seller shall then reimburse the customer for all sums paid by the latter (except, where applicable, for dismantling costs or return costs) within fourteen days at the latest from the date on which it is informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw. Reimbursement may be deferred until the Seller recovers the products or, when the products are returned by the customer, until the customer has provided proof of shipment of the products.
Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees to the Seller using another means of payment. By virtue of the exception provided for in point 3 of Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to orders for products that are customised, made-to-measure or specifically requested by the customer at the time of ordering.

Electronic files – privacy protection
The Vendor has set up an electronic file which records certain personal data relating to its customers and necessary for the management of orders and deliveries as well as the organisation of commercial prospecting operations. At the time of an order placed on the Internet on the Website by any new customer, this database will be enriched by means of information concerning him/her, which will also make it possible, subsequently, to better meet his/her expectations.

RETURN OF GOODS
Dear Customer, if you wish to return goods to us, please follow the procedure below:
1 / Ask for a written authorization from FRANCE HELICES’ Management or Sales Department.
Your return request and motive should be sent with a copy of the original invoice by email to : info@francehelices.fr
Returned products must be new, unused and in the original packaging.
For parts ordered specifically, made to measure, or non-standard, they will not be taken back or refunded.
2 / Return the parts to FRANCE HELICES or entrust them to the Salesperson during its passage; Attach a copy of the written agreement of FRANCE HELICES and a copy of the initial invoice concerning the product.
On receipt of the items, our accounting department will issue a credit note with a discount for standard parts.Return address : FRANCE HELICES – 12 allée des Gabians – Z.I. la frayère – 06150 CANNES LA BOCCA FRANCE.
Without these elements, the accounting department will reject any application.
