The customer may exercise his right of withdrawal by sending the Seller the withdrawal request set out below or any other declaration stating his withdrawal.
This request or declaration must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the following postal address: France Hélices, 12 Allée des Gabians, 06150 Cannes-la-Bocca or be transmitted directly online.

It will be up to the customer to take care of the proof of this return of the products and the date of return.

The Seller shall then reimburse the customer for all sums paid by the latter (except, where applicable, for dismantling costs or return costs) within fourteen days at the latest from the date on which it is informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees to the Seller using another means of payment. By virtue of the exception provided for in point 3 of Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to orders for products that are customised, made-to-measure or specifically requested by the customer at the time of ordering.
