Step 1
When we receive the propeller, we make a detailed control of it (Cracking, geometry), after that, we determine if the propeller can be repaired. If so, this is how we proceed.

1-Checking the tolerances of blades.
2-Rectifying at more or less 1 mm of the final quotation.
3-Metal is reloaded with argon welding on the missing parts.
4-Grinding of the weld, update and control of the existing blade.
5-The blade shape gauge is updating by control of the angular values of all blades, in order to insure same blades length and same geometrical position.

6-According to ISO 484/2 class, completion of rectification to the final quotation is +/- 5/10 mm.
7-Electronic dynamic balancing insures precision of +/- 10 g to the nearest center section of propeller's ray or the balancing is according to ISO class.
8-Finitions are realized by polishing or painting according to the class of repair.
