	FRANCE HELICES has made after several sea trials a complete range of rope cutters, fishing lines and buoy line's cutters for every application (on permanent stock). Available for 3 and 4 bladed propellers. Material : AISITEC M 16 F Cut : 4 or 3 cutting edge 90° Cut : 4 or 3 cutting edge 60 ° Cutting angle : 30° Accessories : Key 6 BTR Key and screws : Inox

After puting off your propeller :
1 - Pull out the key > 2 - Insert the rope cutter > 3 - Replace the key
Notes : You must leave a minimum of 5 mm between the stern tube and the rope cutter, this is to evacuate the water. #02;

To define the right place of the rope cutter, remount the key, the propeller, place the rope cutter close to the hub (don't forget the minimum of 5 mm #02). Before blocking the rope cutter, verify the knives' position, it is very important that the rope cutter's knives are between the propeller's blades.
4 - Maintain the rope cutter close to the hub and screw with the allen key the screws C #01 and put into the holes the special glue (not provided).
5 - Finish your mounting, check if the rope cutter is well installed.

Assembling on the shaft

This type of assembling offers the best maintain for the rope cutter, therefore it needs thread holes in the propeller's hub. When you buy the rope cutter with a propeller at FRANCE HELICES, we guarantee the manufacturing.
1 - Pull out the key put the rope cutter
2 - Block the propeller
3 - Put the rope cutter close to the hub, the hole in the axis like the scheme #04
4 - With A tool and glue (not provided), fix the BTR screws D like the schem #05
